Provide Information: In your email, please include: Your full name and order number. A detailed description of the issue. Clear, well-lit photographs of the damaged or defective product and the packaging it arrived in.
Await Our Response: We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days . If your claim is approved, we will provide a store credit for the value of the eligible product(s).
