Our core flavors are Chocolate, Cinnamon Roll, and Vanilla. We also have limited-edition drops throughout the year curated by that season’s flavors. Be sure to sign up for alerts so you don’t miss a drop! Once they are gone, they’re gone!
We recommend a 10oz microwaveable safe ceramic dish; however, you can use a large mug, or even silicone baking trays. Keep in mind that the larger the surface area, the less cooking time! Oh, and don’t put metal in your microwave!
Each flavor product page on our site has a panel listing the nutritional information for both the dry mix and prepared. Our prepared nutritional information accounts for one egg and almond milk. If you use cow’s milk, water, or even a protein shake, your prepared nutritional information will vary.
Our mixes contain no preservatives or additives, which means they will taste best and be the fluffiest the day you make them. However, you can place them in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
The size of your cake will depend on what you cook it in, but if you use a 4” diameter bowl, your cake should be around 1.5-2” thick. Want thicker cakes? Who doesn’t?!
Reduce the diameter for a thicker experience. All our mixes are single serve, but if you find it's too much, share with a friend or pop it in the fridge!
Each package has a best buy date on it so you’ll know. If stored in a cool, dark, dry place, your mix should be good for about 6 months.
We currently only sell online through our website, however if you are in the Austin area, you may catch our cakes in the wild! Into stalking? Follow our socials to keep tabs on us!
Absolutely. Your cakes' taste and texture may be slightly different, but you can mix 1TBSP of flaxseed meal or ground flaxseed and 2.5TBSP of water. Let that sit for 5-10 minutes until thick.
We currently use a whey protein isolate. It does contain dairy. Don’t worry, we have some exciting mixes coming out in the future that will be dairy-free.
We do not currently have a high protein frosting, but it's on our radar!
