By purchasing a subscription for our Protein Cake Mixes, you are agreeing to the following terms:

1. Subscription Cycle and Savings

• Discount: You will receive an  8% discount on all recurring subscription orders.*

• Frequency: Your subscription will automatically create a new order based on your chosen delivery frequency: every week, every 2 weeks, or every month.

• Billing: Your payment method on file will be charged automatically at the start of each new cycle until you cancel or pause your subscription.

2. Manage Your Subscription

We want your BĀK experience to be flexible. You can manage your subscription at any time through your Customer Account:

• Pause or Skip: If you have too many mixes on hand, you can skip a delivery or pause your subscription.

• Update Frequency: You can change how often you receive your mixes (e.g., switching from weekly to monthly) within your account settings.

• Address & Payment: It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address and payment information are up to date to avoid delivery delays.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Cut-off Time: To avoid being charged for your next scheduled order, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations made after an order has been processed will apply to the following scheduled delivery.

4. Returns and Refunds

Our standard Refund Policy applies to all subscription orders. Because our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns once a package has been shipped. If there is an issue with your order, please Contact Us.
