1. Our Commitment

At BĀK Goods, we are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality pre-packaged baked good mixes. We take great pride in our products and want you to be delighted with your purchase. We stand by the quality of our items and have developed this policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our customers.

2. All Sales Are Final (with exceptions)

Due to the nature of our products as perishable food items, all sales are considered final. We cannot accept returns for reasons of personal taste or if you simply change your mind. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

However, we are committed to providing a resolution if your order does not meet our high standards or is affected by an issue beyond your control.

3. Eligible Issues for Store Credit

You may be eligible for a refund in the form of a store credit if you report one of the following issues within 14 days of receiving your order:

  • Product Damaged in Transit: If an item in your order arrives damaged or in a condition that prevents its intended use.
  • Incorrect or Missing Items: If you received the wrong product or a part of your order is missing.
  • Quality Concerns: If you believe a product is defective or does not meet our quality standards.

4. How to Request a Store Credit

To initiate a claim for one of the eligible issues listed above, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to returns@bakgoods.com within 14 days of your delivery date.
  2. Provide Information: In your email, please include: Your full name and order number. A detailed description of the issue. Clear, well-lit photographs of the damaged or defective product and the packaging it arrived in.
  3. Await Our Response: We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days. If your claim is approved, we will provide a store credit for the value of the eligible product(s).

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

In the event that we request a physical return of a product, please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.

6. Important Disclaimers

  • We are not responsible for spoilage or damage that occurs as a result of an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or if the customer is unavailable to receive the delivery.
  • Store credit is issued for the value of the item(s) only and does not include the cost of original shipping.
  • Any claims made after the 14-day window will not be eligible for review.
